Our answer? SPECTALiA. In an age of distracting algorithms and spectacular seduction, we’re blurring binaries—of gender, canvas and screen, sense and nonsense.

The Biennial engages artists, through a democratic open call, to cross-pollinate with each other from a variety of mediums, generations, and racial and ethnic backgrounds.
The salon-style exhibition features painting, photography, installation, sculpture, video art, textile, and multimedia works, activated by performance, dance, music, poetry readings, theater, and film.
“Women are often under-represented by the business and institutions of the art world. The Every Woman Biennial, serves as an important platform with which to explore the richness and diversity of contemporary female artists.
